No Returns or Refunds

    •    Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
    •    We do not offer exchanges or replacements.

Not Responsible for Shipping Damages

    •    We work diligently to package all items securely before shipping. However, once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any damages, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
    •    If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
